Well @ Last!!!

Thanx so much everyone for your comments. Well........I am feeling a lot better today. As you know we did spend 8 hours at the emergency room last night......It felt like forever!!! I have missed 2 days of school......yesterday and today. I missed today because even tough I was feeling better, my mom and I were out so late that she said I was not going to school. She was afraid that I would sleep through school. Thanx again for yor support!!!

She had a bad headache Tuesday night and yesterday, so I took her to the doctor, who in turn sent her to Kosair. She had an IV because she was dehydrated and they did a CAT scan (like Queen Latifah in "Last Holiday." LOL) She is feeling much better, but stayed home from school today.

Spring Break!

Don't Forget, next week is Spring Break!

The Studio is Closed

Some of you may have a make up or a solo, but your DT will get with you on that.

Dee and I will be sitting in these chairs drinking drinks with little umbrellas, just leave either of us a message and will we will get back with you! LOL If you would like to pull up a chair and sit with us, call early and reserve your spot, our minds fill up quickly!

New things to hang on the walls.

Okay dancers, I brought some inspirational posters, framed to hang at the studio. I also brought some screws and nails and a level to hang them, oh and a screwdriver in a baggie. They are in the restroom to the right. Why am I telling you this? We need, rather, I'd like help in putting them up! Mrs. Connie suggested the concrete walls? So, feel free to hang them where ever you feel they should go. Becky suggest the restroom! You'll know why when you read one of them. ha ha.

Dance Tonight!

Miss Carrie's hair is blonde. Nice. Kelsey wrote a nice note on a balloon for Jessica. Very nice. Every one of the dancers seemed happy. Spoke with Marla, Emily's mom. Saw Cheri and Mike, Rachel's mom. Spoke with Mara's dad Steve, we're making a habit of that on Monday nights pickup. Steve tells me he reads the blog everyday. It is just a pleasure to see everyone, talk, and just 'be' together simply. Oh and Jessica reports the dances are getting better. That is so good to hear. Carrie, love the hair.

I know you all will. Thank you all, Jordan is upset also, he said to me the other day "Why would God want such a little girl to die?" Ms. Rachel

I have more Ms. Rachel News!

Rachel has an Audition tomorrow (Friday) for the Governors Scholar. If she wins this she will attend a 3 week Theater Camp at Transylvaina. This is a great oppertunity and very few Students even quailfy to get this far.....That says so much for Rachel, I am so proud of you, and I am Calling on all of The CSPA Prayer Chain to say a few for Rachel today and tomorrow.

Dance Last Night

It was and is always good to see everyone there at dance. Becky says the computer is great and used the printer and Brie as the spell checker. Oh and Becky, I've got a possible fix for the spelling. It was good to see Dee Anna. Have you noticed how much more relaxed she is now that she is back in her home? Nice. Okay, I know things are still hectic but still, you look much more relaxed. And speaking of spellers, Tori's mom acknowledged she's a good speller too! ;) Oh and Carrie was all hugs too. I love that. She was hugg'n me and Jessica. Nice.

The dancers were working hard as always. Mara and Miranda were working in the next room even after regular practice on Phantom. The rest were in the other room doing there best too. Gosh it's had work but they smile and have fun. The best part of it all the hopefully the leng term relationships that are here and grow as they do.

WERE EXPANDING OUR FAMILY

I wanted to share my sisters ultrasound photo with you!!! We are so excited. As many of you know, my baby sister Kimmie has been in the process of adoption for over 4 years now. She traveled to the Ukraine last year and came home empty handed. It has taken a long time to recover but she is now EXPECTING!! She is in the process of what she calls her PAPER PREGNANCY!!! We're Having a Yard Sale!

Saturday April 29th

this will be a great way for the girls to earn money for their National fees!

Booth Space is $5.00 for

Inside- 2 card Tables or 1 long table

Outside 4 card tables or 2 long tables

The studio will provide the advertisement in the papers, and street signs. The last time we did this it was huge!!!

Some enterprising young women can make lots of money selling old toys, dance costumes, dance shoes, old clothes. Create a booth with baked goods....Hot dogs, drinks.....the rest of us can get those closets, garages, and basements cleaned out!

A Future Connie's Dancer?

The reason Amy calls me Papa Web Master (PWM) is my oldest, Amanda, is four months pregnant! Due in last August or Early September is pictured here yesterday in front of her home. The camera was set to grayscale but she was looking down so I liked it. She wanted to show her flowers so here are both pics. I told her this is the "June Cleaver" version of the pic he he! Heartbeat Drumbeat...

Amanda heard the heartbeat today! Wow and she just had to tell me they only heard one. I and some others have been teasing her about having two or four! Oh well.

Background. Amanda is Jessica's older sister and expecting her first child. She danced at Connie's but is an adult now. :) Oh and "Heartbeat/Drumbeat"... anyone know or heard of that before? he he

We have more good DT News! Butler Won 1st in state with their Pom, and 1st in state with their Hip Hop! They were only .00003 from winning the Grand Champs !!
