I drove to UofL tonight to bring Jessica some things...

[I wrote this last night but didn't see Amy's post so I saved it for later.] And as I drove by, I thought of you Tyler and doing those pictures for your class. I thought of you Amy and Steve and meeting you at the school. I thought of you Ashley and seeing you and your mom at the auditorium there recently, well, last year. And you Kelsey, I saw you that night too there. I thought of how long its been since I've seen all of you! Too long now. I miss everyone already. Yes, I'm still around posting pics but that can only last so long. Dana's gonna post pictures that I won't have. Just wanted to tell you all I was thinking of you. Even those I've not mentioned. Love you all.

Jessica went and looked for music she heard at Nationals

This story was right after we got back but posted today. The last three songs were heard at Nationals. It reminded me of you Mrs. Charisse and you marking your program. Jessica came home, took out her marked program just like you and then started looking up songs. I think the 3am song is from that boy-girl duet that was so good.

NEWS ALERT!!!!

Hello Everyone,
I have great news! I have hired Mrs. Lara Sedlaczek as a Pointe/Ballet/Technique Instructor. Mrs. Lara is a graduate of YPAS, she graduated from the University of Kentucky where she danced with their Dance Ensemble for 4 years and was called back after graduation as a choreographer.
Mrs. Lara will start tonight with the Pointe class. We will be working together on the Technique classes until we develop a class plan. Eventually Mrs. Lara will take over the technique classes.
I am very excited to have Mrs. Lara, I think she will be a major asset to our studio family. Please join me in giving her a huge CSPA welcome!

Taken last year in November at Memorial Auditorium. This is during the same set as Miss Morgan's and Miss Jessica's poster I did for them as a gift. Jessica just loves Mariah as you know Mrs. Charisse. And Mrs. Amy, you're right. This is proof. They grow up really fast! Better look now, don't blink! Enjoy each and every moment. Oh and Mrs. Dee Anna, I remember you working so hard on Jessica's shoes (notice the major sparkle). She went on and on about them. You made a difference.
