Red Boots Again!

I see Miss Bailey with Mrs. Connie but help me with the Red Boot dancer up close please. Now that I look at this it might just be Bailey and Mrs. Connie. Could this be Bailey's solo before or after? (Click pic for larger image. Photo by Brian Ginn.)
