SPORTS PHYSICALS

Blue shirt and red shirt is Miranda and Miriah!

Hi all!

If any of your kids still need their sports physical, Dr. Kenneth Mook (Miranda & Miriah's dad) has offered to come to the studio on Saturday morning at 10:00 to do them. Each Physical will cost $10.00 which is a great deal, my kids Dr. charges $125.00! imedicare centers are $70.00

YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN FORMS....you can get them at school, if anyone has one that we can make copies that would be great.
