I would like to make a new studio directory for the Co. dancers If you are in group 1, 2 or 3 Please send me:

Dancers Name
Address
Phone
Emergency phone or Cell
Parents Name
Date of Birth
Email address

The only thing I will put in the directory is the names and home phone, the other info is for the studio information and Competition forms.

Please don't put this info on the "Blog" We now have a Studio Email Address

send the directory info there. If you have already sent it, I have it. You don't have to do it again. You can still email me at work, but for things that you don't have to have a fast reply, use the studio email. I will check it every morning and evening.
