Is this Mrs. Tera and Miss Hailey?

Forgive me if it is her cousin. I love this pic. It was taken right on the front row I think on Friday. It is dark and a little grainy but I love it.

Brian and Jess, we will miss you dearly, but I am sure you will still be around at events. Brian you know how I feel about you. You are an amazing person, with a wonderful heart.
