yeah it is, I love these things, this is KARS nationals in Columbus OHIO, but I am not sure what year, I know that WE like to party won big, and so did Winter and Lady Marmalade........I am not sure I think it is 2001... That dance was Amandas run for Miss Teen Kars I think she got runner up, and it was "Last Dance" It was a good routine, the other pic is Regan and she danced to " Come on Over" by Christina Aguielerra, I think...
