Yes, Soaring Eagle (Amy), I did have a group pic - no surprise there. This was taken a few weeks ago. Jessica (Floating Swan - thank you Amy) who is leaving on her plane this very minute to go to Nationals! How timely. Good luck to all the Connie's dancers who might be there! Jessica is far right. Somethings in my life I'm okay with. This is surprisingly one of those. But I think it is because I only think of it for a few seconds. Anymore and I'd freak out! lol
More? It is the very first time she has traveled without one of her parents. First time on a plane without one of her parents. Wow... [fainted]
Goodluck Jessica and yes if you look at the blog keep us posted on Pres and Manual! You girls have fun and don't get in too much trouble. Brian hang in there. I know I would be nervous too but you know she's in good hands!
Hello all. Jessica just called a few minutes ago from the airport in Orlando, they make it down just fine, said she slept on the plane from Atlanta to Orlando. She will end up being a world traveler I am sure, like her parents once were. I will keep you posted on the happens down there as I find out.
Oh by the way, I started my spring cleaning trying to keep my mind off the fact that Jessica does not have Brian or myself with her. I should have a cleaner house by Sunday night when they get back.
Jessica did call today to say they are having a great time, I must say I did have to call first, but no answer however she called back within a timely manner, so not to cause Mom anymore grey hair!!!!!Pres still has one more dance tonight. She did say that Manual is in the finals tomorrow, she did get to watch them perform. So far Pres hasn't made the finals. Amy, if by chance I finish my house I will give you a call, but hey I won't have time for anymore.LOL
OK, I am still on the 1st floor and have not made it to the basement, except to do laundry. This house was a mess. It has helped keep my mind off the fact that she is gone somewhere without us. Jessica called last night and they are not dancing today :( Their flight will be in at 8:50pm tonight, they have a direct flight from Orlando on Delta. I do not know if the girls from Manual will be on that flight or not. Jessica had mentioned earlier that Ashley F. was not coming home til Monday. I hope some people are there to meet them. I will be there with bells on :)
Jessica called her Dad and said that their flight tonight has been delayed by 1 hour.
