Poor Carrie, her posts keep getting Buried under the Nutcracker, She has posted shoes for her competition routines, this is the shoe that you need. You can order these through Discount dance or purchase them at Kinney's, Vibes, or Baers (call Baers first, their selection is not always the best.

Hey Carrie I just had to tell you that Danielle thinks this Phantom dance is the "bomb". She thinks it will be the best one yet! Of course, she usually says that about every dance you end up teaching them but I thought it was too funny. On another note, what the heck are you doing to lose so much weight? You look great! I want your secret!

Hey Laura, that was so sweet to say, I hope the phantom dance is exciting for the girls, I like it. My secret to losing weight is as old fashioned as this, I don't eat more than 1900 calories a day and I work out.Losing weight is the hardest thing in the world to do, but it helps to get such wonderful comments from people you care about!!
