Dear parents:

Please bring in any and all costumes that your dancer may have used for theNutcracker last year. I am going to see if we can reuse, borrow, and evensell at a lesser price some of the costumes that were used in last year'sshow. Make sure to put your daughter's name inside of the costume so thatwedon't have any mix-ups, and please bring them on hangers or in plasticbags.I went to Kinneys this weekend and picked out costumes for the rats andsoldiers, and I will be measuring for these tomorrow. I tried to pick outcostumes that could be reused and that were rather universal. The soldierswill be wearing red jazz pants w/ a white lycra top totalling $64.00. Bothof these pieces can be worn by the girls in class as dance wear. The ratswill be wearing a Chocolate sleeveless mock neck unitard and the cost willbe $34.00 (kids) and $42.00 (adults). We will be adding some extras to thiscostume. Please bring checks to class tomorrow so that costumes can beordered ASAP. The Nutcracker is only a little over a month away.
