Hotel Ca Rocked Spencer County Fair Saturday Night!

Hello to all! First and foremost I would like to congratulate our Senior Stars! Hotel CA. Earned a 4th place win at the Spencer county Fair! YEAHHHHH.

So it is on to the Semi finals!

I would also like to say to Ashley, Courtney and Emily " You Looked marvelous dahlings"! As most of you know, we were not with out Drama LOL
First I would like to apologize for the map.....It may have eventually got us to the same place.....But what a mess!
next,
When we decided to do this Coca Cola Challenge, we contacted the Spencer County sponsor about our girls doing Hotel CA, and explained to her that some of our girls also wanted to perform their solos. We were not sure if they would let us do that. She was not sure either and told me to contact the KY Fair Board. (Coca Cola challenge) so I did. They replied and told me yes, that Group dances and Solos were two separate categories....So, we went....Everyone performed perfectly....Then the man from the Spencer county fair informs Carrie that we cannot have our girls perform in two categories....She showed him the letter from the KY fair board...He says that does not matter...The county fairs can make there own rules....So, unfortunately our solo's were disqualified... We also do not think this is fair, and we are not sure what will happen from here, with this issue...
but, we are going move on with Hotel Ca. To get it to were it needs to be to compete on this level and will start next week with practices for Hotel CA. The semi finals will be held on

August 19, 20 & 21. They will send us a letter and let us know which day. But, you will want to keep these days open.

Carrie will have practices on

Tuesday July 19th 6:00 to 7:30
Sunday July 31st. 4:30 to 6:30
Tuesday August 2 6: 00 to 7:30
Tuesday August 9 6:00 to 7:30
Friday August 12 6:00 to 7:30

I am sure there will be more, but this is what is scheduled for now. I will email this to our Hotel CA group tomorrow, I just wanted to give you a heads up!

girls I am gonna tell the truth at the spencer county fair we did ok so lets practice hard and kick other peoples butts!!!!! ((not really kick there butt cause then we could get kick out but like do awesome why they look bad!!!!))
